Admin Assistant
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Service and Operation Department on handling daily routines.
- To provide full administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the admin department.
- Administrative support to Sales Department such as preparing Quotation,Delivery orders, Invoices, consignment notes and other related documents.
- To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
